Hot on the back of Patchway Judo Club Bristol coach Jeremy Robinson receiving his Kata coaching award at the British Judo Awards, his protégés Lani and Alice have received their selection letters to represent GB at U18 2024 European Kata Championships! These will be held in June in Bosnia!
The Girls were U16 British Champions (three categories) in 2022, and 2023 they competed in Senior category and won a silver and two bronze medals. We are extremely proud of all three of them! The club will be paying their entries and registration (as although they are representing GB there isn’t any funding!)
Obviously there are lots of other costs involved so we need to support them with fundraising. If anyone would like to sponsor / support the girls on their journey please contact Patchway Judo Club Bristol or Jeremy.
